A.C DRIVE PANEL -
Variable A.C. Drives are most common form of switchgears to the application, where varied system evolutions or torque are required. We have installed A.C. drives in plastic, flour & iron industries.
AMF PANEL
Automatic mains failure panels are used to automatically switch over the power supply between two available sources. They are used in the applications where manual switch over time could not be accommodated and quick changeover is required.
APFC PANEL
Automatic power factor correction panels are used to correct the power factor quality of the system , by converting most of the reactive power generated through inductive reactance to active power thereby optimizing apparent power and saving the bill we have successfully installed around 300 APFC panels in various part of country having maximum range of 1500 KVAR for single installation.
BUS DUCTS
For higher currents rating, where too many cable connection are required, bus ducts are better option. They are mostly used for connection between principal sources to main incomer . it reduces losses, heating in system and keep system smooth and clean. We have supplied bus ducts upto 600 A rating.
DISTRIBUTION BOARD
Distribution board are mostly used in residential/ shops/ restaurant and application where localised small power distribution is required AC/DC distribution boards are also used in power substations to provide AC/DC supplies to various control devices. We have supplied DB’s to many multi-storeyed buildings and organisations such as LANCO, Reliance power NTPC.
FEEDER PILLAR
METERING & RELAY PANEL
Metering & Relay panels are used in power substation to operate and monitor. Input/ output power supplied through station feeders. Controlling can be done through AC/DC supplies.
MOTOR CONTROL CENTER
It is used to control & operate motors of various capacities, through direct or remote operations. We have successfully installed single MCC panel having 90 starters of various sizes. Many flours mills, auto industries, plastic industries, plastic industries are our regular users.
PLC PANEL
Logic controls are required when multiple sequential operation are to be performed . Logic circuitry is derived and applied to perform these operation. PLC’S are by us in food processing industry, process industries and synchronizing panels.
POWER CONTROL CENTER
Are used to distribute power supplies to various zones/ application in one set up. PCC Having input connection of 6MW or more have been supplied by us.PCC with multi incomer supplies and ,flexible shifting of loads from one source to another have been designed , manufactured and successfully installed by us.
